Keeping Government Up-and-Running During An Emergency
What would you do in the case of an emergency? Are you prepared to keep the business of government up-and-running in the case of a power outage, a hurricane, or an enemy attack?
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) mandates require all Primary Mission Essential Functions (PMEFs) to be back online within 12 hours of an event, and be maintained for up to 30 days after an event – or until normal operations can be resumed. Today, most agencies rely heavily upon IT solutions to accomplish tasks associated with their PMEFs. While many agencies have developed COOP plans, most remain up.
Join Nova Datacom and Juniper Networks on September 17, 2:00 – 3:00 pm, for an engaging talk about Keeping Government Up-and-Running During An Emergency.
